Young Ambassador Evening
The inaugural Velindre Young Ambassador evening was held at Velindre Cancer Centre on Monday 18 December, where Young Ambassadors were recognised for their wonderful efforts in raising vital funds and awareness for Velindre. It was also an opportunity for us to showcase our work, including a tour of our Radiotherapy Department and a presentation by one of our Specialist Nurses. We were able to thank the Young Ambassadors, and highlight the difference their efforts are making to cancer patients and their families in Wales.
We are delighted to have the support of such incredible young people and we look forward to supporting their wonderful fundraising efforts throughout 2018.
